How much does the hair cost for members?

  • Members pay wholesale prices which range from $104-$198 depending on the texture and length ordered

How does The Collective group orders work?

  • Members place orders throughout the week until the cutoff (Saturday at 6pm CST)
  • The Collective HQ places the group order with the vendor
  • The vendor ships the bulk order to HQ
  • HQ inspects all items then ships out to the individual members

How long does shipping work?

  • Allow 7-10 working days for HQ to receive hair from vendor.
  • Allow 1-2 days for HQ to process orders & to ensure quality meets our standards
  • Hair will be shipped to members via 2 day FedEx shipping

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

  • Monthly membership you can cancel at any time! Stay as long as the membership serves you

Do I have to order hair every week or reach a minimum?
